The Rehab Blueprint Workshop (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is a program owned and operated by Tracy Pinkhammer, LLC. These Terms, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Code of Conduct outline your rights and responsibilities when accessing our site, enrolling in workshops, or using related services.

Terms of Service

Use of the Site

By accessing rehabblueprint.com or enrolling in any workshop, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Intellectual Property

All content—including videos, PDFs, worksheets, lesson slides, brand assets, and logos—belongs to Tracy Pinkhammer, LLC. You may not reuse, distribute, or sell any materials without written consent.

Workshop Enrollment

Access to live or recorded sessions is provided after full payment. Participants are responsible for attending sessions on time and following all workshop instructions. Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited.

Refund Policy

We offer a 100% refund if requested in writing within 48 hours of purchase, provided you have not accessed or attended any live sessions. Once a live or recorded session has been accessed, no refunds will be issued.

Disclaimer

We are not liable for any decisions made or actions taken as a result of attending this workshop.

• Use respectful language and avoid hate speech, harassment, or bullying.

• Refrain from sharing private group content or recordings with anyone outside the workshop.

• Respect the boundaries of coaching sessions and group interactions.

Any participant who violates this code may be removed from the workshop without refund.
